But they're also high in carbohydrates, so - like everything else - you should probably enjoy overnight oats sparingly and in moderation. Soaking these oats overnight in almond milk softens them the same way cooking oats for oatmeal does, but without the damaging effects of heat. Ingredients: Snicker's Overnight Oats

1/2 cup oats

1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon of Sugar Free Caramel Syrup

1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1/4 cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt

2 tablespoons of Peanuts

1 tablespoon of Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup 

1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter Powder 

Optional: 1/2 tablespoon of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

In a container with a lid, Mix all ingredients minus the chocolate syrup, peanuts, and caramel syrup

Cover and Refrigerate overnight
