Protein-Powder No-Bake Sugar Cookie Dough for Added Nutrition & Workout Recovery

A huge part of my healthy routine includes excercise. If you're like me, you love to use protein powder to supplement your nutrition and help with your weight-loss goals. Whey protein powder, like we use in this no-bake sugar cookie dough-ball recipe, helps boost metabolism and take the edge off of hunger and cravings. Additionally, speaking of cravings, eating a protein-packed dessert is a great way to supplement your nutrition while satisfying a sugar craving. Even better, this recipe calls for a delicious sugar substitute. Ultimately, you can enjoy these sugar cookie dough balls guilt-free!!

Alternative ingredient substitutes are my favorite way to eat healthy. Awesome products like Swerve Confectioners (Powdered Sugar) make this really easy because they taste incredible. Similarly, there are dozens of options for dairy substitutes like Almond Milk and even Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, and Green Banana Flour, too!

This recipe makes ample use of healthy ingredient substitutes. It's also totally safe to eat: this edible cookie dough is egg-free, so no worries about salmonella.
