I've written before about how important breakfast is, but most of us are rushed in the morning and sometimes we just don't have time. With this Overnight Oats recipe you can spend 5 minutes the night before preparing a delicious, healthy, nutritious breakfast and you'll have a portable, easy on-the-go meal ready for your morning routine.

Overnight Oats are Healthy & Nutritious

But they're also high in carbohydrates, so - like everything else - you should probably enjoy overnight oats sparingly and in moderation. In addition to being delicious, they're packed with nutrients, including manganese, phosphorous, antioxidants and the cholesterol-fighting fiber beta-glucan. Soaking these oats overnight in almond milk softens them the same way cooking oats for oatmeal does, but without the damaging effects of heat. Therefore, this strawberry cheesecake overnight oats recipe allows you to get more nutrients than regular oatmeal. Enjoy this easy healthy breakfast recipe and don't forget to leave a comment below!
